At one time or another, most people have a parent, grandparent, an aunt or uncle, perhaps a friend or even oneself, who one day discover they can no longer handle what used to be a simple task. For many aging adults, trimming one’s toenails and calluses has become an impossible task.

Health insurance does not pay for a doctor to do it, except under a very specific and narrow diagnosis. Going to a nail salon is no longer an option because the majority of seniors have “difficult” nails that require specialized care and not a beauty treatment. Loved-ones lack the skills and the tools required to deal with the feet of most seniors.
